Luzhong Machine Tool Co., Ltd. is a specialized equipment manufacturer. Our modern manufacturing facility covers 45,000 square meters with dedicated departments for heavy casting, precision machining, sheet metal fabrication, modular assembly, and metrology testing.
We operate high-precision guideway grinding machines, horizontal boring centers, and Zeiss/Renishaw precision testing equipment. Our production processes adhere strictly to ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems, with complete machine certification complying with European CE machinery and low-voltage directives.
Our primary products include VMC vertical machining centers (VMC650, VMC850, VMC855), TCK series slant-bed CNC lathes (TCK50, TCK52, TCK56), and CK series horizontal CNC lathes (CK6140, CK6150, CK6160). Over 60% of our production is exported directly to machinery dealers, mold makers, and precision machining workshops in North America, Europe, South America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Russia.

All lathe beds and VMC columns undergo natural outdoor weathering aging and thermal vibration stress relief to prevent dimensional shift.
Key mounting datum surfaces on guideways and headstocks are hand-scraped by master craftsmen to ensure oil retention and 25 contact points per inch.
Prior to sea-freight packing, each machine runs continuous multi-axis test programs with live spindle thermal sensor telemetry.
Ocean Freight Rigging & Export Packaging
We manage international multi-modal logistics from Qingdao and Shanghai ports. Machine tools are treated with heavy rust-preventative coatings, sealed in multi-layer vacuum foil moisture barriers, and secured in fumigated solid steel-reinforced timber crates designed for ocean freight.
